Wesley has always embodied a service-first mindset, beginning with six years of honorable service in the U.S. Army, including two deployments. Upon completing his military career, he transitioned to helping individuals navigate personal crises here at home by working in the property and casualty insurance industry. For six years, Wesley specialized in protecting clients from being taken advantage of in the claims process. He oversaw repair operations across the Columbus region and managed wreckage yard relationships throughout the entire state of West Virginia.

Despite his success in the insurance sector, Wesley became increasingly disillusioned with the industry's focus on corporate profit over client advocacy. Motivated to make a more direct impact, he accepted an invitation from his father, Andy, to join the family business—A to Z Retirement Planners. In this new role, Wesley combines the operational discipline and efficiency honed in the corporate world with the personal, relationship-driven approach that defines a family-owned practice.
Wesley and his wife are excited to return to Cincinnati with their two children, where they look forward to rooting for the Bengals and Reds and enjoying a classic chili coney. A proud alumnus of Ohio State, Wesley remains fiercely loyal to the Buckeyes—and never misses a chance to root against Michigan.
